Fuel Cap Acess
Make sure your fuel tank is accessible by leaving gas cap door open before the fuel attendant arrives. If tank is not accessible when fuel attendant arrives they will contact you via call or text to gain access.

Park Safely: Please park your vehicle in an open, accessible area ideally on level ground, away from traffic or flammable materials. Leave Fuel Door Unlocked: Ensure the fuel door is unlocked or accessible so we can safely refuel your vehicle. Turn Off Engine: Your vehicle should be completely off before we begin fueling. Notify Us of Special Conditions: Let us know if your vehicle has any fuel system issues or custom fuel setups.
During
Stay Clear of the Vehicle: For your safety, keep a safe distance from your vehicle and our technician during fueling. No Smoking or Open Flames: Fuel is highly flammable, please avoid smoking or using open flames nearby. Avoid Using Electronics Near Fueling Area: Minimize phone use close to your vehicle while fueling is in progress. Let the Technician Work: Our trained professionals will handle everything, sit back and relax!
After
Check Fuel Door: Make sure your fuel door is securely closed before driving off. Inspect for Spills: Though rare, if you notice any fuel odor or leak, report it immediately to our support team. Review Your Receipt: Double check the fuel type and amount, reach out if anything looks off. Drive Safe: You're good to go! Enjoy the road with a full tank.
